I informed Sandra that my grandfather is currently being administered morphine, however, he is still able to understand the situation. As time was critical, I scheduled an appointment with her for Monday. Unfortunately, Sandra failed to show up, and she subsequently contacted my mother to say that no one had confirmed the appointment, although I had already done so. Although she apologized for the misunderstanding, there was no confusion. She simply needed to be present on Monday. If you require a notary service urgently, I suggest you reconsider choosing her.
