My laptop's dead battery was replaced by Nerds to Go. The battery had to be ordered, but they cooperated with me and allowed me to keep the laptop over the weekend until the battery arrived. After the new battery was installed and calibrated, I picked up my laptop that afternoon. I would recommend their services and use them again.

My primary and backup laptops both experienced issues simultaneously - one with software and the other with hardware problems. Fortunately, Nerds To Go sprang into action right away and provided me with a loaner device while they addressed the issues. They swiftly ordered the necessary parts, carried out repairs seamlessly, and minimized any potential downtime. Other repair services could not have completed the repairs as quickly or would have had to send the laptops off for repair elsewhere. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided.
