Nicole, our tutor, promptly replied to all my messages and arranged for a meeting within the same week at our residence. Her session lasted 2 1/2 hours instead of the agreed upon 2, as she wanted to ensure that we received complete coverage and clarity on all questions. Despite this, we were only charged for the initial 2 hours. My daughter expressed immense gratitude for the session as she gained fruitful insights on the various methods to increase her SAT score, which greatly reduced her anxiety. In just 7 weeks, Nicole achieved outstanding results with our son, increasing his composite ACT score from 20 to 27! With this being his senior year, it was his last chance to improve his score, and despite 16 weeks of group classes prior to the April test, his score only improved by a few points. However, Nicole managed to make significant improvements to AJ's math, reading, science, and English scores, tailoring the lessons to his learning style and abilities. She was incredibly approachable and easy to work with, always available to answer any questions day or night. Her knowledge of the ACT and new SAT, as well as the entire college application process, was a valuable asset that we will always be thankful for. Despite her packed schedule, she managed to fit AJ in, and we cannot express our gratitude enough for all that she did for him and us.
