Hi, my name is Matt Herold, and I am a certified yoga instructor with several years of experience teaching and practicing. Since 2011, I have been actively practicing yoga, and in 2013, I began teaching. With over 1000 hours of training, I have received certification in both Bikram and Vinyasa, and trained with renowned teachers such as Esak Garcia, Cynthia Wehr, Ben Sears, Jared McCann, and Teri Almquist.
At my non-traditional Bikram studio, we offer various classes including 90, 75, and 60-minute 26&2 classes, 75 and 60-minute vinyasa classes, and our exclusive hour-long Bikram flow class called the Union. All classes are conducted at 85 degrees.

Being new to Bikram yoga, I was glad to find Neo Yoga's classes to be inclusive, friendly, and demanding. Matt, the instructor, is top-notch, giving pointed instructions and useful vocal cues. After taking two of his classes, I decided to invest in a 5-class bundle, which not only provides excellent value but also affords me the freedom to utilize it according to my schedule.
