As a retired executive chef and food service manager with over 45 years of experience in the field, I am thrilled to be back offering private cheffing services for celebrations and night-in special events in and around Santa Fe, NM. I am well-versed in all popular cuisines, with particular expertise in Southwestern, American casual, Mediterranean, and Asian presentations, and I am also well-versed in special and restrictive diets.
I am available to cater smaller gatherings in local homes, churches, synagogues, and vacation and Airbnb venues, and I am also a licensed bartender. I love to prepare meals on-site, but I can also deliver fully prepared meals to your venue in re-heatable containers.
I work closely with my clients to customize a menu to their specifications, visiting the venue ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly. I am happy to provide drop-off delivery from my home or prepare meals on-site, and my pricing is based on the time and skill level required, with reimbursement for all purchased items at actual cost. I will provide an itemized store receipt upon request, and gratuity is at your discretion.
Covid precautions are of utmost importance to me, and as a fully vaccinated individual, I expect my clients to either be fully vaccinated or masked and socially distanced. I will take all necessary precautions to ensure your event is not only delicious but also safe.
