Nathan initially offered $150 for a job and this was reflected in the photo provided. He suggested adding windows, which raised the quote to $250. However, I ultimately decided against adding windows. Nathan then informed me on the day of our appointment that he had decided to charge $200 for powerwashing, which he had not mentioned before. He admitted to originally agreeing on $150 but changed his mind about the minimum charge. This last minute change put me in a difficult position as I didn't have time to find another option. This behavior is not indicative of good business practices.
