I engaged this company to provide services every other week, and they fulfilled their commitment twice. Initially, everything went well; however, they ceased to show up without any prior notification or communication. Despite leaving them several messages, we have yet to receive any response. I even attempted to contact them through this platform without success. Although I am uncertain of their current situation, it would be appreciated if they could inform us about their continued interest in serving us.

It was rather unprofessional of them to commit to providing me with an estimate at a specific time, only to not follow through. They failed to give me the courtesy of a call or message to explain the situation. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
