Sewer Rates and Prices (up to 75 feet):
- $50 for every additional 10 feet
- Snake hose main 1 way (up to 75 feet): $125
- Snake hose main 2 ways (up to 75 feet): $225
- Snake bathtub: $175
- Snake kitchen sink: $250
- Snake toilet with auger: $125
- Remove toilet and snake down: $375
- Flood basement pump and snake: $675

Bathroom:
- Remove and install new faucet + material cost: $175
- Replace shower cartridge + material cost: $175
- Replace shower head + material cost: $125
- Replace shower spout + material cost: $125
- Reset/Install toilet + material cost: $250
- Any flex repair + material cost: $150

Drain repair:
- Sink drain repair/Tailpiece/Pop up + material: $150
- Strainer + Trap + material: $325
- Strainer to trap + material: $250
- Tub drain replace + material: $575

Boiler:
- Gas boiler service + material:

I am extremely grateful for the time and effort you put into trying to repair my older unit, however, I understand that it was beyond repair due to its age. Despite this, you were incredibly punctual and responsive throughout the entire process which truly showcased your customer-oriented approach.
