Our technician, Ben, had to rearrange his schedule to make three separate trips in order to properly set up the venting for our new washer and dryer delivery. His work was outstanding and he accommodated the work time rules in our complex. The job turned out to be much more complex than we expected, but Ben did an exceptional job, even calling us this morning to ensure everything was in proper working order. His "above and beyond" customer service was truly appreciated, and he was also very pleasant to work with.

The procedure used to clean my dryer vents was extremely proficient and established. The technician started by inspecting the inside of the vents and then went up to the roof to make sure that all debris had been removed from the entire vent. I highly recommend this service!

Due to the poor condition of my AC ducts, the coil emitted an unpleasant mold scent. However, after a thorough duct clean up, a UV light was installed near the coil to effectively eliminate any lingering bacteria, and all vents were also cleaned. I highly recommend this exceptional service.
