Roger is an exceptional pool cleaner, as he refuses to take shortcuts like most cleaners. I had an issue with immense calcium buildup on the entire pool floor, and it required nine gallons of foam-containing 33% acid to eradicate the problem. Despite running out of acid, Roger went above and beyond by returning the next morning with more to complete the task. My pool hasn't looked this vibrant in at least a decade, thanks to Roger's dedication to precisely restoring its original color. It's essential to note that I recommend using quartz for older pools that have blue crystals in a plaster mix and a robust structure. Some might view this as excessive etching, but I believe that it's worth it to revive the vibrance. Roger was meticulous during the cleaning, ensuring that everything was done correctly while remaining within his original estimate, along with the cost of additional materials. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Roger's services and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
