I was previously a fitness trainer at the YMCA for three years before deciding to start my own business. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and unique medical conditions. My aim is to leverage my experience to help you achieve your health goals.

Other Information About Me
As a certified personal trainer by National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) with CPR training from the American Red Cross, I strive to ensure your safety at all times.

Besides my NASM certifications, I also specialize in Cultural and Linguistic Anthropology, which informs my training approach with deep sensitivity and respect for diversity.

Types of Services Provided
I offer two types of training services. Firstly, in-person training sessions located in Emeryville at a fully-functional gym with a maximum capacity of two trainers—one-to-one training sessions with minimal interruptions. Secondly, I also offer virtual training sessions for your convenience and safety during this pandemic. This option is perfectly suitable for you if you have home gym equipment, you are living in a condo or an apartment with a gym, or you want to save travel time.

Although I don't provide conventional nutritional counseling, I can refer a registered dietitian within my network who can cater to your dietary requirements alongside our exercise regime to ensure you receive comprehensive support in reaching your fitness goals.
