Hello and welcome! Starting here with private yoga sessions can help you feel better in your body. During our sessions, you can expect to experience greater body awareness, relief from aches and pains, flexibility, strength, mobility, mental focus and clarity, improved balance, a greater sense of well-being and ease, and the ability to be more present in your life. You can also expect helpful hands-on adjustments, deep rest and relaxation, feeling self-connected, and supportive alignment cues. I am accessible and inclusive, and my sessions are customized based on what you want to get from your practice. Through working with me, clients experience progress and breakthroughs in their balance and stability, core strength, flexibility, and other positive impacts.
