Hello and welcome! Starting here with private yoga sessions can help you feel better in your body. During our sessions, you can expect to experience greater body awareness, relief from aches and pains, flexibility, strength, mobility, mental focus and clarity, improved balance, a greater sense of well-being and ease, and the ability to be more present in your life. You can also expect helpful hands-on adjustments, deep rest and relaxation, feeling self-connected, and supportive alignment cues. I am accessible and inclusive, and my sessions are customized based on what you want to get from your practice. Through working with me, clients experience progress and breakthroughs in their balance and stability, core strength, flexibility, and other positive impacts. My goal is to help you age wisely and feel better in your body, so you can show up for your life the way you want to. After finishing Natalie's mindful Vinyasa class, I feel both soothed and strengthened. Before attending, I felt slightly edgy and weary, but by the end, Natalie had me laughing at myself. Despite her deep yogi knowledge, she exudes a calming and warm presence. Her instructions are spoken in a singsong manner that is both assertive and kind. In Natalie's classes, I feel as though I can push myself while also taking a rest in child's pose. Compared to teachers who simply move you through sequences, Natalie's teaching creatively constructs a flow that is always different, with all movements made slowly and smoothly like honey. She embodies the philosophy of yoga, and her mastery allows her to make it approachable for students at any level. Her classes connect me to my inner teacher, allowing me to listen to my intuition and be honest with my body and mind. I strongly recommend taking a class with her and experiencing it for yourself!

This morning I attended Natalie's yoga class for the first time and it was undoubtedly one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken. The selection of music was perfect, providing a calming ambiance. Natalie's clear instructions and nurturing personality further added to the relaxation I felt throughout the class. The class pace allowed for both a good workout and a sense of peacefulness that left me feeling ready to take on the day. I am excited to return and highly recommend Natalie's class as she is the best instructor I have ever encountered. The class left me feeling incredible.

After every yoga session with Natalie, I leave feeling rejuvenated and more attuned to my mind and body. Through consistent yoga practice, I have experienced progress in my ability to focus on myself, both during and outside of our sessions. I have noticed an overall improvement in my mindfulness and breathing techniques, which has been an enormous accomplishment for me. Working with Natalie has had a transformative effect on my life, as I have learned to accept myself on a deeper level and explore new areas of self-discovery. I've been eager to give yoga another shot and was on the lookout for an instructor who would not just guide me but also display patience with me. Fortunately, Natalie's class turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. She demonstrated different yoga techniques while also clarifying their purpose. During each exercise, Natalie made sure to inquire about how I was feeling and conscious of not pushing my body too hard since it was only my second attempt at yoga. Natalie's encouragement and positive feedback kept me motivated throughout the session, notwithstanding many distractions surrounding us. I am excited to have more sessions with Natalie!

For the first time ever, I experienced a virtual, private yoga session and it did not disappoint me. Immediately, I felt relaxed and comfortable. To my surprise, I was encouraged to ask any questions I had during the session. Natalie was very prompt and gentle in redirecting my incorrect hand or arm positioning, which proved to be very useful. Unlike some instructors, I was never hesitant to voice any concerns or queries. She inquired about my desired practice, and surely fulfilled my request for enhancement and suppleness. I now feel energized yet slightly sore, as if my body has been rejuvenated. I strongly recommend Natalie's teaching services.
