Nancy was a fantastic groomer who provided my dog and me with an exceptional experience. She demonstrated qualities such as friendliness, care, punctuality, and professionalism. My dog, who is an 18-month-old named Mazie, always gave us a hard time during grooming sessions. Mazie would get extremely agitated as soon as the groomer arrived, and it was a downhill battle from there.
