Floor Medic has been providing cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in SW Florida since 1996. To ensure timely communication, please include your phone number when contacting us.

Our services include steam cleaning for carpets, upholstery, tile and grout, as well as window cleaning, pressure washing, and home cleaning. For window cleaning and pressure washing, text us your address or call us to schedule an appointment. We can also offer a free onsite quote if you prefer to meet us in person.

In addition to our regular cleaning services, we also offer move in/out cleaning and have great discount combo deals for our customers. Our professional cleaning team and fully equipped work vehicles allow us to provide efficient and effective service in a single day.

Upon receiving our CrackerJack request, Mark promptly responded and made himself available to inspect our flooring. Unlike Stanley Steamer, who scheduled an appointment online without first examining the job, Mark personally came to our condo to assess the situation. Unfortunately, Stanley Steamer had to inform us that they couldn't complete the job since the tile had been waxed in the past and needed to be stripped beforehand. However, Mark was able to offer various options and recommendations after looking at the job. He promptly scheduled and arrived on time with his brother, moved the furniture, and did an outstanding job on our flooring. The end result was a beautifully bright floor! Mark even went the extra mile by moving the furniture back for us. We are extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

These guys did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for their professionalism and respect they showed towards my home. After the hurricane, our house required a lot of rebuilding work, and my expensive porcelain floors suffered greatly during this process. Mark performed an outstanding cleaning job on all the tiles in our new house. A lot of grout had accumulated and hardened due to a recent installation, but he was able to remove it all.
