I provide dog training services for Aloha, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, North Plains, Portland, Tigard, Tualatin and West Linn. I also offer online sessions for dog owners worldwide. My mission is to help foster a healthy, happy relationship between you and your furry friend by using gentle, science-based methods.
I believe in balancing your dog's natural behavior with polite, socially acceptable behavior in the human world through positive reinforcement. My training methods have been honed through rigorous certification programs, including certification from the CCPDT as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed, Fear Free Certified Trainer, and Master Aggression Course graduate.
I'm committed to treating you and your dog with respect, empathy, and kindness. I never use aversive tools like choke chains, prong collars, or shock collars, and I will never ask you to hurt or intimidate your dog. I stay up-to-date on the latest research by reputable, scientific sources and continue to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing training and certifications.

Hayley is an exceptional trainer! During a single session with our American Akita who exhibited dog reactivity, Hayley helped us identify our mistakes and we immediately noticed a decrease in Kumi's dog reactivity. She demonstrated remarkable patience and guided us through the training process without being harsh on Kumi or us 😊. Kumi was drawn to her gentle and composed demeanor. Thanks to Hayley, we have made significant strides in Kumi's behavioral training and dog reactivity, and we still have more work to do with our pup. Working with Hayley was an enjoyable experience. Her instructions on dog training were invaluable in helping us get our puppy's biting habit under control.
