Starting out as an adult beginner with the violin, I had no idea what to expect from a music teacher. But with Nader's years of experience and step-by-step instruction, I found the experience less overwhelming and full of potential. After 28 weeks of lessons, I've witnessed Nader's ability to mold me into a skilled player by emphasizing the basics and laying a strict foundation. As we cover compositions by different composers, my technique continues to improve through practices such as reading music, playing scales/arpeggios, and duets. While the future holds learning vibrato and advancing to higher positions, Nader's passion for classical music always drives our motivation. He emphasizes the art of storytelling through tension building, minor/major scales, and time signatures. With his encouragement, I've explored numerous musical artists, competitions, and educational videos, eager to learn more. Initially nervous about taking on this challenge, I'm now loving every moment of it. The violin has opened my eyes to a newfound appreciation for music and a neurological intrigue. Despite my fears of never reaching a certain level, I'm excited to continue this journey with Nader as my teacher.

This guy is amazing! He exudes kindness and patience, making him extremely easy to work with. Having had disappointing experiences with past teachers, I have a tendency to overthink and second-guess myself while playing. However, his teaching style is the perfect fit for me! He possesses an engaging and quick approach to teaching that allows me to bypass my doubts and trust my intuition in playing the music. Though still at the beginning stages of my learning, I'm already seeing a significant boost in my confidence! Learning the violin as an adult with no prior childhood experience can be challenging.
