Our hardwood floors exhibited wear and tear after two decades, losing their shine and displaying patterns of damage from our three dogs and three children. Unfavorable weather conditions had also taken a toll on the wood near our back deck, staining it with pool water, mud, and grime. Mr. Koger visited our home and informed us about the probable outcome of utilizing his product. Initially, we considered sanding and staining, though its price was double the amount of N Hance and required us to vacate our house for five days.
