Working with Leah as my wedding day-of coordinator (and much more) for my October 2022 wedding was fantastic! From the beginning, she was highly responsive to my long emails filled with questions, and she frequently recommended video calls/zoom as a solution to all my planning anxieties. Although my partner and I did much of the planning, Leah was an invaluable resource throughout the process. She guided us in the right direction, suggested ideas we hadn't considered, and provided advice. On the day of the wedding, she arrived early to coordinate the helpers we sent over to decorate, all the vendors, and she and her husband even set up the string lights we rented. I wanted a stress-free wedding day, and Leah ensured that I avoided all work, enabling me to enjoy a good time. During the event, she ensured everything ran effortlessly, and the transitions were seamless. Since we had a difficult buffet space, she ensured that the serving line moved smoothly and without awkward backups. Leah was always accessible to answer questions for staff and guests and remained calm throughout the event. Since we were in a public park, we needed to pack up and clean up thoroughly within a time limit. Leah ensured that we met the time limit, working with our caterers and bar staff to ensure that the rental equipment was packed correctly, and we recovered all our deposit. Leah was a tremendous help with our baby shower. From our initial contact on this platform to the end of the event, Leah displayed remarkable patience and attentiveness to our specific requests. She even visited the event location weeks beforehand to familiarize herself with our requirements, which allowed us to plan the design and logistics well in advance. Despite inclement weather that required us to relocate the event indoors, Leah remained accommodating and used her creativity to make the most of the limited space. Her floral centerpieces and selection of pastel shades were a highlight of our celebration. Additionally, Leah's friendly demeanor made her a pleasure to work with.
