Without a doubt, my personal training experience with Ben has been the best thus far! Without hesitation, Ben tackles any and all questions you may have. Should he not know the answer, he is determined to educate himself on the matter for you.
Your initial session is a fantastic one. Ben puts you through a series of movement and motion skills to evaluate your form and balance. One of his top priorities is to determine if you are dealing with any injuries or discomfort and he will consistently check on you throughout your workouts. Speaking of workouts - Ben is unafraid to push you to your limits to help you reach your fitness goals and achieve your ambitions. I love the accountability he brings to the table, even outside of our training sessions. He always checks in with me to see how I'm feeling and doing on my diet.
In sum, Ben is an incredible personal trainer. He is approachable, easy to engage with, and highly passionate about his work. I would heartily recommend Ben to anyone looking to improve their health and get into great shape.

Ben is an absolute delight - not only is he incredibly kind, but he also gets straight to the point. My friend and I were concerned about finding a trainer who might be too harsh, discriminatory, or awkward to collaborate with, given that we are minors. However, Ben put our minds at ease and warmly welcomed us into the gym community. I am eagerly anticipating working with him.
