After arriving a few minutes early, he meticulously tuned my piano, which was much needed after being transported from another state. He even adjusted the dampers to make it sound great. Typically, piano tuners charge an additional fee for anything beyond tuning, but I was pleased that he maintained the quoted price. I will definitely contact him again.
