What I find most fulfilling about my job is connecting with exceptional individuals and sharing knowledge. Every lesson kicks off with seemingly run-of-the-mill information, but by its end, each participant goes on an educational odyssey beyond their wildest expectations. Even those who have taken countless CPR classes for twenty years are sure to leave with new knowledge. CPR is never mundane - after all, we are learning how to save lives!

I was required by my employer to obtain CPR recertification earlier than anticipated, at my own expense. Furthermore, training was not made available to me until I completed my recertification. Fortunately, Phyllis assisted me by arranging a CPR course and informing my employer, ensuring that I did not miss any further training opportunities. Her additional efforts were greatly appreciated.

The trainer possessed extensive knowledge and maintained an energetic, fast-paced class. They engaged trainees by posing questions and encouraging them to ask their own. The practical component was particularly rigorous and well-explained. It was evident that the trainer has a strong passion for teaching. The material presented was both relevant and expertly delivered. Overall, I'm awarding an exceptional grade of A++ to the trainer and the entire class.
