Hello, my name is Cole. My passion for bodybuilding began at the age of 12, thanks to the guidance of my two older brothers. I pursued this passion by working for a former bodybuilder who had a Masters in Exercise Science right after graduating high school. While attending college for Mechanical Engineering, I had the opportunity to train clients, which allowed me to gain an extensive knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition.

After graduation, I worked under a doctor of physical therapy and gained more than enough experience to start my own business. As a certified fitness nutrition specialist, I understand the importance of proper nutrition in achieving any fitness goal. Thus, I take great care in discussing nutrition with my clients, analyzing their personal habits and psychology to ensure they stick to our game-plan.

My sessions usually involve strength training, bodybuilding, cardio through boxing, and assisted stretching. However, I cater to the individual needs and preferences of my clients. Although my areas of expertise are weight loss and muscle gain, my extensive and diverse background in this field has given me the versatility to help anyone achieve their own unique fitness and health goals.
