Description:

My father always emphasized the importance of doing things right the first time, which meant being honest and direct when dealing with others. Starting his plumbing business in the 1970s as a one-man show, he eventually grew it into a licensed contracting enterprise that serviced over 3,000 clients annually, treating everyone with equal respect regardless of their status. Unfortunately, when my mother fell ill, my father had to shut down the business.

Six years ago, I decided to revive the family trade after a decade working in corporate leadership roles. With my father's guidance, I founded a new plumbing company which I named "My Dad's Plumbing" to honor his legacy. Today, as a family-owned and operated business based in San Dimas with service throughout California, we remain committed to completing every job correctly from the outset, charging only fair prices for our services, and treating our customers like our own kin.

My appointment was scheduled promptly, they arrived on time (at the beginning of their time frame), and were extremely friendly. They made everything easy to comprehend. Although they did search for other issues, they did not strongly urge us to purchase additional services. Instead, they provided us with information about potential issues and recommended solutions. The process was effortless. Oh, and did I mention their prices were more than reasonable? They quickly resolved my leaky kitchen pipes at an affordable price. I definitely recommend them and will be contacting them for any future needs.
