Chef Matt was incredible! He displayed exceptional professionalism. The table setting and food preparation amazed me. The food was exquisite and aesthetically pleasing. The guests were all impressed and raved about both the taste and presentation of the meal. Prior to meeting Chef Matt from the CrackerJack without any personal referrals, I perused multiple online reviews. We scheduled an interview at a nearby Starbucks where Chef Matt exhibited exceptional professionalism. He prioritized my satisfaction and the party's success, aiding me in choosing the best food within my budget and making accommodations for my requests. True to his word, he and his team arrived on-site for the party, cooking fresh food on the spot in an organized manner and within schedule. Despite guests congregating near their workspace, they maintained positive attitudes. Their culinary skills and positive energy impressed the guests, yielding delicious food. My home was the venue for my 50th birthday fête. Despite a familial bereavement forcing us to rearrange, Chef Matt was very accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us in rescheduling the occasion. The victuals were splendid and cooked to perfection to our exact specifications. Chef Matt and his assistant conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner during their stay. They arrived punctually and left the premises spotless. I would highly recommend this company!
