Abraham, who I met with, was shown my vision for the project. True to their word, the job was completed in under four weeks and the end result is breathtaking. Abraham from My Construction Group LA did an amazing job remodeling our 3 bathrooms. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, accommodating every request and even making changes when we changed our minds or wanted something extra. He was always available and responded promptly to every call or message. Abraham's expertise and knowledge were invaluable, as he provided helpful suggestions throughout the project. Thanks to his excellent work, the project was a total success.

In April 2021, I was introduced to Sharon, a representative from My Construction Group, through CrackerJack.com. Initially, I was quoted for $95,000 for a 290 sq ft project. However, when I was ready to sign the contract the following year, the cost had increased to $118,000 due to an increase in the cost of supplies. Despite signing the initial contract, I didn't hear from Sharon for several weeks, and when I reached out to him about the start date, he informed me that he couldn't do the job for less than $159,000, stating that he wouldn't make any money otherwise. I reluctantly agreed and resigned. Although I was excited to work with Sharon to complete my Jr. ADU, it became clear to me that the job was subcontracted out, and Sharon only contacted me when he wanted more payment or for inspections. I was disappointed that I had hired him thinking he would be working on the job. While I appreciated the speed at which the work was being completed, things took a dramatic turn in July 2022. During a meeting on July 25, 2022, I expressed concerns about several issues. Firstly, I was charged an additional $250 for a deputy inspection, which wasn't included in the contract. Sharon said the office instructed him to pass the charge onto the customer, which I found unacceptable. He agreed to cover the charge after I brought it up with him. I also had to arrange for the delivery of the shower and flooring, which was unexpected since his team had been delivering all other materials to the job site. I was also asked to pick out shower hardware, causing me to return one of the items. Additionally, the contract stated that there was supposed to be a dumpster onsite, but Sharon's team had been using my personal trash cans, which was a further inconvenience. Furthermore, I was charged $2,250 for windows and doors, and one of the windows was designed in the wrong style, which didn't match my current house's windows. Unfortunately, Sharon didn't communicate with the subcontractors that I was away, and they approached me to gain access to my house, causing discomfort. When I got back a few days later, I noticed the wrong window and immediately told Sharon. He initially refused to replace it, citing a no-replacement policy, but later offered to do it as a courtesy. After discovering that a replacement window would cost far less than what I was charged, I confronted Sharon, who later claimed that the company charges a fee for ordering merchandise. He suggested that I hire another company and pay for it myself, knowing full well that he had previously offered to replace it as a courtesy. In light of these issues, I have formally requested that someone else oversee the project and assist in resolving the matter. In summary, while I had high hopes of working with Sharon and My Construction Group, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Sharon has proved himself to be dishonest and unscrupulous, and I cannot do business with him.

The services they provided were truly exceptional - they efficiently renovated our kitchen and bathroom to our complete satisfaction. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the job was completed quickly and to an excellent standard. We feel blessed every day that we trusted My Construction Group with our home!
