Although communication with Melissa was great, I am disappointed with the quality of the products I received. I spent a considerable amount of money to have her decorate my daughter's 10th birthday party, but the items she provided were very low quality. She arrived late and was still setting up when my guests arrived, even though she had assured me that she would have enough time. She also forgot some things and didn't communicate that to me. The cake topper was missing, and there was no neon sign. Everything seemed to be from the dollar store, with flimsy plates and utensils. Even the centerpieces were poorly made. I paid for someone to decorate my party and expected much better quality. Unfortunately, her pictures are not representative of her actual work. I regret the amount of money I spent on her and urge anyone who values high-quality items to look elsewhere.

Last weekend, my child's birthday celebration was meticulously planned with great attention to detail. The event planner collaborated with me for two months, ensuring that I had approved every aspect before executing it. Working with her was wonderful! She single-handedly organized the entire event, complete with a charming dining room setup featuring plates labelled with my daughter's name. I was taken aback by the high-quality and personalized products offered by the Level 2 Option for Goodie Bags. The children had an amazing time. I was introduced to Melissa at a nearby indoor playground where she worked as an event planner. She crafts all the themes and creates the party décor manually. I simply couldn't resist hiring her again! After 3 years, she has become my top choice and she is worth every penny!

My Cake Smash did an amazing job with our daughter's birthday party. Melissa handled all of the decorations, goodie bags, and favors with great care. Despite working with a small space, she was able to create a stunning display that showcased the quality of her work.
