During a last-minute emergency, they went above and beyond to assist me. My previous scheduled cleaners had cancelled the night before, leaving me in a bind. As someone who is allergic to dust mites and was recently diagnosed with asthma, the condition of my home was a major concern to me. Despite having a busy schedule filled with appointments and meetings in the next few weeks, I needed to get my house cleaned as soon as possible.
When Jimmy and Betty arrived exactly on time, I knew they were a perfect fit. They assured me that they would use a vacuum that would aid in removing dust particles from the air. It was apparent that it would take more than the usual four hours, but their commitment to delivering a quality job was unwavering. Even when it took almost seven hours, I was impressed that they stayed longer without hesitation. Betty even apologized for not being able to clean as deeply as she wanted due to time constraints.
The end result was amazing, and I will definitely be booking them again soon. Going forward, I won't wait two years before scheduling another deep clean, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants efficient and effective cleaning.
