I strongly recommend Rich as a dog trainer. I came across Rich when I had just rescued a 3-year-old aussiedoodle, Benji, who had some issues that I was not aware of. Rich checked in with me multiple times during the weeks and months that followed the training and was readily available for advice over text and call when required. However, it's important to note that the week-long training is not a one-time solution to a dog's behavior problems. It requires continuous training and daily effort from the dog owner. Nonetheless, the results are worth the effort! Benji's remarkable transformation surprises everyone, including his previous owners. He now walks and plays off-leash, responds to recall, walks in a heel, understands many commands, has structure, and can socialize with people. Benji is one of the happiest dogs I've ever encountered, enjoying his newfound freedom in a safer way.
