The service was exceptional! When my television display suddenly malfunctioned, the technician arrived promptly to evaluate the problem. Regrettably, the issue was inaccessible because it was concerning the backlight. Nonetheless, he generously proposed to return that very day and install my new television! Eric skillfully constructed a frame above our fireplace intended for a tube television, seamlessly aligned with the stone wall. None of the mounts available could extend that far, but Eric devised a solution. He constructed the frame to literally hang from it, exhibiting its robustness. Eric is personable and efficient in his work. I highly recommend him.

From start to finish, Eric was absolutely terrific. He arrived on time and without needing any assistance, knew exactly what needed to be done. Eric first removed my old mounted TV and offered to transfer it to my garage before proceeding to wall mount my new TV. Despite my initial doubts regarding the wall bracket, Eric made it work flawlessly and even re-mounted my old bracket to conceal it more effectively. He also skillfully attached all the necessary attachments such as the cable box and strip switch. Eric's exceptional service exceeded my expectations, and he assured me that he would not leave until I was satisfied.
