After relocating to a new construction, we discovered a mouse in our residence. I admire the professionalism displayed by CrackerJack in their communication, estimation, work execution, and completion. I had obtained three estimates and was pleased with the effective mouse problem resolutions offered by them. By installing foam in areas where rodents are likely to enter, identifying potential mouse entry points like the utility closet for my AC unit, and adding mesh wire in kitchen cabinets closest to the floor, the issue was resolved efficiently.
