The day after my garage door opener broke, Music City replaced it promptly, which I greatly appreciated. I had compared prices with other companies and found theirs to be very reasonable. Their responsiveness also impressed me, as they answered my request late at night and had the new opener installed by noon the following day. In contrast, the other companies I contacted waited until the next day to respond. Music City clearly operates on an "early bird gets the worm" mentality. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, but the technician named Russell conducted himself in a highly professional and respectful manner. I would highly recommend Music City for anyone in need of garage door services.
