Although I am slightly germaphobic, I couldn't resist jumping on the opportunity to snag the $1000 couch I had spotted in the Craigslist free section. Knowing that I would need to have it cleaned, I was grateful to have hired the services of Richard. The couch now appears brand new, with no lingering odors or stains.
