The photographer I hired turned out to be a complete scam. Despite paying the full amount, I was asked to transfer the remainder through Zelle, which I did. Now, the photographer is refusing to release the pictures claiming CrackerJack charged him a fee of $9. I have never faced such an issue in my previous transactions through CrackerJack. It's important to include such policies in the contract to avoid such situations. Moreover, the photographer assured me that the final photos would be ready for review in two days, but it seems like the $9 fee changed his mind. Suffice to say, he was not easy to work with.
