On my AC unit, MRM fixed an impaired electrical wire and discovered that a former electrical incident had melted a section of the disconnect box, which also required replacement. During the initial visit, both components were fixed. They were punctual and provided a reasonable cost for the service.

Today was an incredible experience with Mike. Despite spending money on two other technicians, who were only able to provide a temporary fix, Mike was able to pinpoint the issue. He devoted a significant amount of time to educate us and discuss our options before tackling the repair, which was completed in no time. Although I had to cancel my scheduled appointment due to COVID, they were accommodating and worked around my availability. After such a great experience with them, I won't be seeking services from any other company.
