Following my first call, I received an appointment for the following day within a two-hour time frame. The plumber arrived 45 minutes into the window, assessed the issue, elucidated the solution, and provided me with a quote for the necessary work. He was extremely considerate of my household, taking measures to ensure everything was covered and left zero evidence of his visit besides fixing my problem. I highly recommend Mr. Twister, specifically Jason, and will absolutely enlist their services again if required.

Although there was some misunderstanding regarding the appointment time, the plumber managed to arrive on site and presented an estimate for the required repair job. It is noteworthy that they did not impose a fee for this, which is quite uncommon in the industry. However, the estimated cost seemed a bit steep, so I decided to approach another plumber for a second opinion. Eventually, I ended up hiring the services of the latter.
