The workers did arrive within the promised timeframe, but failed to provide an advance call as previously agreed upon. Upon examination of the door, it was discovered that the rollers were in good condition, and they applied spray-on lube before reattaching the door. The workers charged a total of 300 dollars for this service, which was deemed to be excessively costly for the work completed.

We requested a quote for a new sliding back door, but when the technicians arrived, they recommended fixing the current door for $900. Although we were not ready to commit, they persisted and eventually lowered the price to $500. After deliberation, we decided to proceed with the repair, which was completed as promised and the door now slides smoothly. However, we have not yet received an email with an estimate for a new door.
