Our carpets were impeccably cleaned by Nehemiah. I was in a bind and needed someone to help out within 48 hours; I submitted a late Thursday night request. Nehemiah responded and offered to fit me in that morning. Unfortunately, I missed his message until later in the day. Despite this, Nehemiah went above and beyond and accommodated me after completing all his other appointments. I was thoroughly impressed with his quality work and the fact that he went out of his way to fulfill my needs after an already busy day.
