In 2002, Mr. Duct was founded with the goal of enhancing indoor air quality within the Greater Chicagoland community. The business started in a small office located in Naperville, IL, and owner Keith Thompson made it his mission to provide top-notch service with integrity and quality. Mr. Duct quickly grew, and Thompson hired his first three employees and received NADCA certification, which is the industry's most comprehensive standards for HVAC inspection, cleaning, and restoration services.

As Mr. Duct improved indoor air quality for thousands of homes and businesses, they experienced explosive growth. They relocated to a more extensive location in Lisle, IL, and established seven more offices throughout the Chicago area and its suburbs to provide exceptional service.

Currently, the team continues to grow, and the company employs 50 people who have expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC services.
