He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was up to my standards, even when he had to fix an issue that was not of his making (due to incorrect specifications on Lowes' website for the product I ordered). The end result was stunning and surpassed my expectations, thanks to his skill in removing the ceiling facade which incredibly transformed the shower.
