The freezer was malfunctioning whereas the fridge was working fine. On three separate occasions, they visited our home and concluded that fixing the 9-year-old Samsung side-by-side would exceed its value. However, they assured that they would not levy any additional charges and would also reimburse the amount I had spent earlier as the issue couldn't be resolved. I was pleased with their service and would consider them for future assistance.
