Verne came out to help the next day and exemplified patience, hardworking skills, and helpfulness. Following up with a call the next day due to some issues that were thought to arise from his previous work, Verne promptly returned to resolve the problem, which turned out to be a mistake on the homeowner's end. Despite this, he did not make me feel bad about the error. Overall, I strongly recommend his services.
