I had some spots on my carpet that needed to be repaired. The repairman was professional and respectful. However, they forgot something and had to return to their vehicle to retrieve it. He handled the situation professionally and informed me about the price of the service and any areas of concern. He also explained that some stains may not be removable and showed me the area they could not fix. After completing the job, he had me walk through the house to ensure my satisfaction. Although they declined my offer of water bottles, they performed impressively with my pets. The carpet now looks and smells great.
