Murilo and Gio arrived on a cold, snowy day to provide an estimate for two bedrooms and half a hallway upstairs. Their quote was $824. Although they were scheduled to start at 9, they were delayed due to rain and traffic, arriving at 10:20. However, they were later than expected in picking up materials, which caused further delay. A work meeting at 10:30 made it essential they start working. The job began at 11:05am. The carpet was removed, and the first layer was put down while the other room was being worked on. One room was completed by 2 pm, and the room looked fabulous. Murilo informed the client that they needed three more cases of hardwood and some additional molding. The jobs were completed, and the client was happy with the finished product, although there were small issues to be addressed, such as gaps in the wood and a lack of molding near the doorway. When it was time to pay, the client's original quote of $824 increased to $1,4XX.XX. Despite the increase, the client was content and paid $1,500.00. Although a 4.5-star rating would have been more suitable, the client gave a positive review and a 5-star rating.

Our floor installation by Murilo surpassed our expectations. Initially, we discovered his excellent reviews and project photos and contacted him. He promptly responded to our inquiries regarding laminate flooring installation which we had purchased independently, despite our initial incorrect measurements. Murilo skillfully provided us with a fair quote, and we scheduled a date for the job. After remeasuring, we realized our over-estimation and were concerned that the price would be high. We promptly contacted Murilo who without hesitation provided us with a new estimate. On installation day, Murilo and his partner were punctual, courteous, tidy and efficient. They even assisted with furniture rearrangement. Our 400 sq ft underlayment and laminate flooring installation was completed within 4-5 hours professionally and meticulously.
