After 15 years of "working out," a co-worker introduced me to MOVE, and I thank God for it because I had been doing a lot of things wrong. The coaches at MOVE efficiently corrected my bad form and habits, enabling me to squat and hinge like a pro. Additionally, MOVE taught me how to incorporate intimidating compound movements into my workout routine and focus on activating the proper muscles during each exercise. Thanks to this guidance, I no longer injure myself due to bad form. I can feel and see the difference in my workouts and recovery. What sets MOVE apart from other gyms is the attention coaches give to each member. They are personable and accommodating, which has been helpful given my sporadic schedule. The MOVE Lab is ideal for 1-on-1 training, especially during these uncertain times. The space is always kept clean, contains all the necessary equipment, and is conveniently located. I highly recommend MOVE to anyone starting their fitness journey or looking to shake things up in their workout routine.

For more than seven years, I have been exercising with Blake and I enthusiastically endorse MOVE. Prior to discovering MOVE, I attempted numerous workout programs but failed to adhere to any of them for more than a year. Blake ensures each session is pleasurable and unique, personalized to accommodate my interests and any current physical constraints. Additionally, he supports me in setting objectives and monitors my progress meticulously on a weekly basis. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
