Combining fitness, massage therapy, education, behavioral modifications, health, and nutritional coaching, I am a Health and Wellness Professional. With over 16 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, I specialize in Senior Fitness, Fall Prevention, MS, Parkinson's, Stroke Rehabilitation, Dementia, TRX, and Functional Fitness for clients of all ages, ranging from 14 to the most senior.
My focus is to create personalized fitness programs that are safe, challenging, goal-oriented, and fun. With an emphasis on self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-compassion, my approach enables clients to take control of their own health and wellness programs. I collaborate with family, friends, and medical providers to ensure holistic support.
My home studio provides clients with various massage modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports, Vibrational, Swedish, Trigger Point, and Cranial-Sacral. Whether you are recovering from an injury, specific bodywork needs, or simply want a relaxing, stress-reducing massage, I am the therapist for you.
