The punctual and friendly gentlemen who arrived to assist me cannot be faulted. However, I had informed the company owner of the size and weight of my move in advance, and yet the assigned team did not possess adequate resources to handle the job. As a result, my wooden flooring was cracked and my piano was scratched. The manager's behavior after being notified of these incidents was unprofessional and rude. He blamed me for requesting the movement of heavy furniture, despite the fact that I had hired a professional moving service to do so. In addition, his sarcastic and insulting attitude was completely unwarranted. It was their responsibility to assess the manpower and equipment required for the task at hand, not mine. If they were unable to meet the necessary requirements, they should have refused the job instead of putting the blame on me. As a result of these events, I cannot recommend this company and would never hire them again.
