My name is Audra and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Weight Loss and Corrective Exercise. Move More was created with the intention of making fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness background or level of experience. By taking small steps every day, my clients are able to incorporate fitness into their lives and see real results.
Above all, I believe in a personalized approach to training. As a human being, I am constantly learning and incorporating new concepts into my program. I recognize that every body is unique and requires individual attention to achieve specific goals.

My sessions with Audra are eagerly anticipated as she exudes both personality and professionalism.
