The technician, Hunter, who was dispatched to our location was superb! After contacting three separate people to diagnose our faulty outlet, he was the only one who was able to promptly and effectively resolve the issue. Additionally, he went above and beyond by providing us with a detailed explanation of what caused the problem to begin with. We were thoroughly impressed with his service and will undoubtedly utilize this company's services again in the future.
