Kelly and Mountain Movers surpassed my expectations with their outstanding service! Despite the daunting task of moving a plethora of furniture items including a sectional sofa, China cabinet, curio cabinet, wicker bedroom furniture, tables, lamps, chairs, and countless boxes from a 10x15 storage unit to an apartment complex with two flights of stairs, their team made the process easy, seamless, and even humorous! Despite my initial skepticism due to the items being stored for 9 years, Kelly instilled a sense of calm and confidence. His professionalism and pleasant demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. Out of the five descriptors, I had to settle for three. However, all of them seemed fitting for him. Kelly promptly responded via CrackerJack. I had stumbled upon a piano on fb market, and being unacquainted with its intricacies, I was hesitant. Nonetheless, Kelly was incredibly amiable, and he reassured me that his experience of moving items from fb market was extensive, so there wouldn't be any problems. Bonus points go to Kelly for his professionalism during the pick up, as cited by the person whose item he transported. I would not hesitate to request Kelly's and his Mountain Movers' services in the future. I've saved his contact info for future reference.
