Brian Murray is a highly recommended coach/trainer, in my opinion. I enlisted Brian's help after sustaining running injuries. My aim was to fortify my leg, hip, and glute muscles to prevent further injury as I readied myself for two significant races. Brian attentively heard out my objectives and drew up a scheme that helped me achieve them. Now my body is stronger and I have not encountered any injuries. After three months of working with Brian, I recently participated in a race and not only did I complete it without any mishaps, but I also outperformed myself and set a new personal record for average minutes-per-mile.
